“Gefilte Drive” – a neo-klezmer band mixing the Jewish sounds of East and West with Rock’n’Roll, klezmer, urban romance, and lyrical melodies.
Band repertoire includes original material in Yiddish, Hebrew, Ukrainian, Russian and English languages and a variety of well-known Jewish songs (in translation to Hebrew) that have originated in the Jewish community in Odesa (Ukraine) over the last century.
The band participated in a number of Jewish festivals across Europe –
Minsk, Kiev, Vitebsk, Jurmala, Vilnius, Limmud events – Ural-Volga (Russia), Yahad 2015 in Pärnu (Estonia),
the festival of Jewish music in Kazan (Russia),
LvivKlezFest in Lviv (Ukraine) and 29th, 30th, 31 International Klezmer festivals in Safed (Israel),
Jerusalem’s fifteenth International Festival of Jazz and Alternative Music Jazz Globus 2019,
