At “Douzan”, where East meets West, you will be surrounded by an oriental ambiance while enjoying the best of fusion cuisine.
“Douzan” is no longer a regular restaurant, but a combination of Eastern culture with Western strictly fine dining.
The restaurant is located in an ancient Templar buiding built in 1870, renovated and designed by the owner, Najar Fadi, an interior designer by profession, who presented him with antique furniture dating back over 120 years imported from Italy, France and East Jerusalem.
“Douzan” menu consists of entrees, Lebanon, the owner’s mother makes include: Cuba, adsorption, sambusak, grape leaves, white and more. Chefs of “Douzan” responsible for other dishes, specialized in Italian and French menu.
